Last year I came up with the idea to create a site for students to share there notes. While browsing through my Google reader today I ran across stu.dicio.us, a site that allows students to do just that. This site is yet another great way to leverage user-generated content. I’m disappointed that they launched theirs first, but hey, you can’t solve everybody’s problems. It’s difficult when you come up with an idea only to see it done by someone else, and I have to admit it is done extremely well. It definitely seems like a beta version, but they’ve made the site extremely simple like del.icio.us and reddit.

I’m pretty excited about this site, because it is only the beginning. With the creation of a few additional features stu.dicio.us could become pretty damn popular. Stu.dicio.us has made a great move by utilizing the Facebook developer API. Look for this site to catch on in the near future.
